The next president must be from the South. The North contributes about 15% of GDP and about 5% of government revenues, yet they control allocation of resources with their fictitious population.

LGAs are the real councils recognized by the Constitution while Local councils are the one created by states internally for development and not necessarily recognized by Abuja.

I don't know wether this answers your question.

Just divide each number of delegates by 3, you will get the number of LGAs recognized in the Constitution per state controlled by APC.

So you believe any Northern candidate has advantage of defeating an election against a Southern candidate, yet you're insisting it's a candidate from South-East APC should give ticket instead of someone from South-west. Are they both not Southerners?

Why then do you want the likes of Tinubu and Osinbajo to step down for a South-East candidate in APC? Good, go and take it from PDP. Is there any Yoruba candidate dragging PDP ticket with you? No, because they know they've not been loyal to the PDP lately. That's the respectful thing to do. The can do these now because the south is divided if they are united they will respect north south presidency rotation but since they are divided what will happen is very obvious.
