YOu are right in a way but i want you to know that anybody that has the authority of the presidency in Nigeria has the potential to guard those wolves.......the Nigerian president has unhealthy authority and power over almost everything and anything in Nigeria...including the judiciary and the senate(very sad these two arms that should be independent)...Yaradua is an example...that man was firm, he rebuffed a whole Obasanjo after OBJ made him an unlikely president..he was seen as weak, infact he became president because he was seen as weak and easy to manipulate and control....Its a different ball game when u have the power......POWER will change everybody
