Will this reduce your chances of being awarded the scholarship since you already have an MSc?

I was told that PTDF needs our transcript but so far, they're yet to ask for that, is it that transcript is no longer a criterion?

Your advanced degree will not count as u are applying for masters , it will even reduce your chance. There are thousands of candidates.

What matters is your defense, your academic publications and academic awards like best graduating student in university, faculty or department.

Remember that one out of 10 is picked from their past statistics.

A lot of factors go into this, your location for one, some cities cost more than others. Your lifestyle, your programme etc

As far as coming back after the scholarship, you don't have to, but don't tell them that because it will torpedo your candidacy into neverland.
