As for your question, the answer is simple: There are too many cowardly/foolish groups in the southern part of the country.
In the whole history of Nigeria, only the Igbo have stood up to fight it, but the rest of the southern fools joined the Fulani to fight Igbo, and still boast about it till today.
Even today, you still see those foolish groups creating monikers here pretending to be Fulani, taunting Igbo about the civil war.
Those groups are perfectly comfortable with being Fulani slaves for eternity PROVIDED THAT THE IGBO IS THERE WITH THEM.
A form of pure evil philosophy which creates all kinds of cognitive dissonance in their twisted minds.
It manifests in their confusion whereby they hate Igbo, but still cling to Igbo for air, lest they be suffocated by the rampaging Fulani.
