No it's a stand alone card it's like a wallet it dosent have an account number but an id
You can go to any UBA bank to get it u either get the dollar or naira you don't have to pay to get the card that moment you will be çharge later when you fund the card

I have the naira prepaid card it is stuck to $20 per month I have used $7: remaining $13 for this month.

You can go for the dollar card it's spend is very high you can spend more than. A hundred dollars a month.

And it's not possible to use my card on yours because I have configured my card to PayPal.

If I may know how much is the service

The card is very useless now as monthly spending limit is now $20

To load the dollar card, one needs to go get dollars from black market and deposit into the account.

Exactly why I went for the naira card.

They have dollars in the bank but they will refuse for u to buy.
But they are ready to pay you in dollars when you receive a dollar from dollar account
