Hello house, Good evening to you all.

My Canada study permit application was refused around first week of April after waiting for 5 months (November applicant). I ordered for my GCMS notes the next day and it came out last week.
Please i need urgent help, explanations and suggestions from you all on how to tackle the reasons for the refusal as i'm preparing to reapply again by May ending or first week in June because my admission is still valid for September 2022.

Also i want to know if i should inform my school about the refusal? Or should i just go ahead and reapply again?
Attached is the GCMS note with reasons stated by the V.O. for the refusal.

Thanks as i await suggestions and options from y'all.
It'll end in praise.

Enjoy your stay....

NgumimiT:
LANDING GIST

Good Afternoon my people.
I took the 8:05 am flight from Abuja to London, then London to Toronto using British Airways.

I arrived at the airport by 6 am, they didn't let my family in as usual so I proceeded to the check in desk on my own.
customs looked through my box of food and cleared me cos I had only dried food. At very step I was asked 'anything for us' but I only dropped in some places. One of my bags was overweight so I had to move things around before I was checked in. I chatted with the check in guys so they let my 23.6kg box fly without paying anything extra. Here they asked for arrive can and passport and I was given my boarding pass. I went back outside to cry and take pictures with my family before going back inside.

I went to customs and immigration after filing out the yellow card and they asked how much I'm carrying, I had less than 10k so no issues here. After getting cleared then I went to my boarding gate. We took off at exactly 8;05 am and an hour into the flight they gave us breakfast. It was nice, sausage, eggs, bacon, croissant and all. Then they also gave a sandwich, Juice and coffee later. The plane was very very very cold!! please carry a thick jacket and wear sneakers with thick socks and headworker if you get cold easily.

We landed in Heathrow at exactly 2:05 pm and had a 2 hour layover, before boarding here they asked for only passport and boarding pass. and we took off for the 7 hour flight to Toronto. They also served us two sets of snacks (pretzels and juice, then chicken sandwich and coffee) and dinner of mashed potatoes and chicken.

We landed by 12;37 Nigerian time but it was 7;37 pm here. Everywhere was bright and shining like 4pm lol.
I headed to arrivals, filled the declaration form and declared the foodstuff I was carrying before going to the customs desk. A handsome asian guy attended to me and asked what kind of agricultural produce I had, I told him spices and flour and he cleared me to head to Immigration.

At this point my heart was beating but I just kept calm, An imposing slavic guy attended to me and asked me for my acceptance letter and proof of tuition payment. He asked where I will be staying and how long my program is then he printed my study permit and coop work permit, stamped my passport and I was off.

Our baggage was unloaded already so I just located my boxes, put them on a trolley and went outside to order an uber. The weather was a bit warm since its spring, it only felt like low AC but I kept my jacket on. Headed to my airbnb and called my people.

I hope everyone gets to experience this and I am eternally grateful to this platform for giving me all the information I need to see my dream come true. To those waiting for PPR, it gets depressing and you almost want to give up but no matter how long it takes I believe its amazingly worth it.

Most universities are close for Fall intake. You should be preparing to apply for Winter intake.

You also didn't state the level of education you intend pursuing.

Meanwhile, while some colleges and universities have closed for Fall 2022, there are still some that are open.

There are Bachelor of Nursing Science programs starting in Fall 2022, Winter 2022 and so on.

There are Diploma in Nursing or Practical Nursing still open for Fall 2022 intake but will soon close if it hasn't closed.

There are Diploma in Addiction and Mental Health, PGC/PGD in Nursing for international trained nurses, PGD in Mental Health, PGD in Autism and Behavioral Science among many others

You did all your best. Did you also attach the relationship between him and your mums relationships (the proof of him being your uncle )? Also, did you also have any old photos you took with him? Most times, the visa officers also look out if the 3rd party has sponsored you in the past or proven to take care of you at some point

I don’t know much though but from what I’ve seen here ; the person ought to show commitment by transferring your living expenses to your account, or tuition deposit or even both to show commitment. This isn’t compulsory but it’s just to clear the VO’s doubt that money won’t be available for your study and it’s just for demonstrative purpose.

That’s my opinion though.
To address your reapplication, if he can transfer your full tuition to you or pay to school directly and send you LE for first year. .

I think that shows enough commitment.

Good afternoon, I have a similar case. Student of UNN, eventually became a student of University of Manitoba. Canada gives study visa to anybody, so far as you are qualified. Almost half of my classmates are Nigerian students, so you see that this is a lie. It’s even easier to get a visa on BSc in my opinion, because you don’t have to explain many things. Please, if you are ready, apply for your study permit using the guide you will get from the threads here.
Goodluck
bro I also got admission in university of Manitoba but went for biometric last month still waiting for response from embassy

Check this.

You can do nursing anywhere tbh. This is also an in demand field so you'll have the opportunity to work during studies, etc.

Have you applied to jobs?

I strongly suggest that you contact the NB immigration department.

Inquire as to whether they have a system linking applicants to jobs available.

E.g. Quebec has Arrima.

There needs to be a binding document tying the uncle to ItzRay.

Was the letter from the uncle notarized? Has the uncle paid your fees before? Could your uncle take out an affidavit? Could a specific fixed deposit be opened?

In my case, my dad kept a fixed deposit of cash for proof of funds.
