very good observation u made there. not many will see it. the buildings life will never remain the same. well this is nigeria. in saner climes, all these issues would have been resolved before permission given for the construction of the new building

I passed the front of the building about four times today. The edifice is as real as the prototype. Finishing works is ongoing at the main entrance on Alfred Rewane road.
