I believe they are scam untill they choose to change. There are many complaints from people about not being allocated their lands including those that had fully completed their payments and time.

They are also scamming people in their money growing scheme. SEC is after them on that already.

The postponement & promises to schedule allocation have been endless.
I'm only going to keep my fingers crossed but I'm currently doubtful. I would really like to post good news here - if it happens.
They spent the late part of last year posting videos of allocations in places other than that which I chose, so it feels like the allotees were actors.
