It is not a must you get from Nouveau Care, you can get from Florence , Allison or Caredemy etc

Yes that is where British Council account is domicile. But you can just make payment with your atm card once you have booked a date. Its faster that way.

Actually, standard IELTS has both Academic and General tests. Similarly, IELTS for 'UKVI' also has both Academic and General tests.

I wrote standard ielts acedemic with 7 band score but I have booked to write ielts for UKVI general.

Let me be sincere with you, most nigerians that got their UK care employment got very early wen the program was newly launched and still freah unfortunately right now most UK employer are not willing to employ from abroad again as they discover it much cheaper to employ within UK as alot of foreign UK masters student regardless of fields are showing interest and taking care Job more than before and even with the influx of Ukrainians too is not helping the matter at all.
The faster route to get a care job is either you have the true industry experience with convincing evidence which the employer dont mind paying heavily to bring u in or find a uk master to do that will make bring u to uk and give you the eligibility to work in uk .Anything apart from this " go hard gan "!!

Here is my IELTS result (It was easier than I thought, given I did not even practice at all. Just focus on the requirement of each module and be familiar with them - so that you know what you are doing at every point in the exams - you should be fine.), just waiting for police cc, picking it up on Wednesday. Unlike Alagbon, Abuja takes 3 to 5 working days get it.
Pls who has info on MFB that do proof of fund for a fee? I need to get the 28days running before getting COS so that I wont have to wait out the period before staring my visa application process.

Exactly the same question my wife kept asking about 6 weeks ago. I encouraged her prophesying that she'd be hit with back to back interview requests. As at then, we were doing generic applications on Trac jobs and NHS jobs however, we realised that at the rate we were going we would hardly secure a single interview as love letters were coming in at a depressing rate.

Thanks to my wife, she chose to reach out to each hospital individually using every platform available. Whatsapp, facebook, LinkedIn etc. Guess what?

The result was instantaneous. Interviews, pre-interviews, name it. She got an offer after her first interview but has gone on to do several interviews thereafter with a few still lined up. (NHS, private hospital and carehomes)

Leave the contemporary job search method and step it up. Try Care homes as well. They pay better and also have better relocation packages.

You can upload your documents from home. Make sure that they're all in pdf form and properly labelled and uploaded to the right section. Don't put 2 documents together in one file.

Pls anyone in Abuja, who did IELTS and have gotten their result? How was it delivered? Is it via post office? Will the dispatcher call before delivering it? Asking because I might not be around when its being delivered and I want to be sure to collect it myself.
I called British council to pick up my result but the agent said they stopped allowing self pick.

Hello everyone, I have been following this thread judiciously and I really appreciate the depth of information given here. I'd appreciate an input as i studied psychology in my undergrad and I interned in a neuropsychiatric hospital for about 3 months few years back, I also have been the one taking care of my granny since inception, is this sufficient experience to apply for a care visa? the only document I feel I do not have is IELTS which hopefully I'd be writing soon. Thank you while I await your response.
