No, the brand I used for this building is the Vee-tec brand of pipes. Welcome.

How easy was it to get water in that location? Enugu is known to have water challenges.

The tanks will be getting water from my well which I dug at the beginning of the project. I noticed that the well is always very full since we started using it. It will serve till at least all of the rainy seasons. I have bought a submersible pump which will be mounted there this week.

No, we used 12mm rods for the lintels.

This building is at Alulu Nike, the rents are being controlled by a lawyer. I dont even know if they rented the last flats. Welcome.
