His Excellency the Executive Governor of Kano State Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje OFR, has distributed about sixteen million naira to the bereaved families of Sabon Gari explosion. The distribution took place at Africa House, Government House, Kano. Governor Ganduje, hinted that the gesture was aimed at cushioning the sad occurrence among the bereaved families. He, therefore, sympathized with them and condoled them over incident. Each of the families of the nine persons who loss their lives were given N1 million (one million naira) and the owner of African centre whose building was destroyed was given two million naira, while the owner of Winners Primary School was N1 million given one million naira. Moreover, each of the ten people seriously wounded in the incident was N200,000 (two Hundred thousand naira) and the slightly wounded persons were given N1 million (one million naira).
