Obasanjo must have spoken some raw hard truths to them.

Azikiwe, Awolowo, Atiku and even MKO with the whole political structures never got to become President. Looking at the Nigeria political space those without strictures get to be Presidents mostly. eg Shehu Shagari, Jonathan and Yaradua. Buhari failed severally even with his structure and cult like following down north. Thank goodness for the 2015 alignment that brought him into power.
