See planning! That's what separates me from you... I trade only 6 pairs and at least I see trading opportunities in them twice, I have analyzed and planned it out just like you concerning the percentage weekly gain and overall monthly gain.

But the problem is the discipline, I can have it for 2-3 weeks, but after that...

The last demo account I had,(last month) I took it to 270+ in a month using just 0.01 and that was the longest I've been disciplined for. It's hard but seeing as you have implemented it, and it's working for you, I don gather my motivation. If you can do it so can I.

Sure ,is all about planing, to be disciplined in the profession is very hard, cuz one way or the other you will still gamble or chase trade . I have learned to sit on my hands when things are going bad. You can reduce the pairs, 5 is giving me headache .After the challenge , if I pass anyways. I will only focus on US30 and GU.

I found something more interesting in gbpcad; it has the potential of running about a 1000pips, that's huge. But for now I already risking it by going long from 1.60623 to target 1.62446, thsts about 180pips. My Sl is 75pips from entry just below the white trendline channel. Remember it's a risk trading but it's my biase

The gold buy had already moved +40 pips from where I was supposed to enter and is now halfway to my target. Normally, I wouldn't enter anymore but it hasn't invalidated my setup, and I am still able to get a RR of 1:1.

Ok...As for the money management ,I used FX Calculator or myFxbook which has calculator to calculate the the amount of money and lotsize I'm willing to risk per trade. So it makes things easy for me cuz my trade ideology is not based "trade to trade perspective" .Eg:
If I have $1k account,which I will risk 0.3% of it ($30) per position. Obviously I will lose about 33 trades in a row to lose the account.

15 minutes. But my major trading timeframe is the H4, while I drop down to the H1 to check the behavior of the market. Any timeframe fower than the H1 are mostly used for my entries.

This is if you believe that price will head lower before continuing back upwards so as to get filled in if you're not available in case it heads to that area. The opposite goes for sell limits. The buy limit must be below current price.

I dunno if I got u right. But what I deduced is that you risk 0.3% of your capital on a single position and hold till you either hit ur profit target or loss the amount?

A good trading edge should work on all timeframes.

[color=indigo]That is true because the markets are fractal in nature. However, higher timeframe analysis, in my opinion, is necessary for determining a bias to trade on the lower timeframes. I wouldn't entirely discard the necessity of higher tineframes to trading. In my trades, I strictly follow the higher timeframe bias. Where there is no bias I sit on my hands.[/color]
