Go and get a 'Miss Paris' apply it on it. Come and give ur testimony here within 2 days. I used it on my surgical wounds that refused to heal and have recommended it to a lot of people to treat infected wounds.

Please OP, get to a good hospital and request to see a dermatologist as quickly as possible because that wound looks like a "suspicious lesion" likely a squamous cell carcinoma (raised irregular edges with a necrotic center, failing to heal). The good thing is it can be easily treated if done early. Sure it needs a biopsy for confirmation but that should not delay surgical excision to avoid it spreading. Please dont ignore this advise or you can dm me if you need further clarification. Peace !

You will have to get a card ...then wait for your turn to see the doctor . The doctor will examine you and write out drugs for you to buy .the general hospital has pharmacy..you either buy there or visit pharmacy around you to buy .whichever way you look at it ,you most spend money to takecare of yourself . Your parents or relatives can help you

Looking at your first post about the initial scar you had injections of Triamcilone (Kenalog/Tranalog) on the scar. That was what caused the scar to form fresh wound and to break down more.
The function of the injection is TO SLOW DOWN WOUND HEALING among other uses. So plan for another month or two before the wound will heal AND DONT MISUSE THE INJECTION AGAIN!

You can dress the wound with original honey and make sure you check your blood for increase in the sugar level as Triamcilone causes the blood sugar to be high.

You could either have hemophilia or diabetes.
These those conditions doesn't allow wound healing normally

Take ampliclox and I type oven for 2 weeks 3 times a day and expose it to sun it will heal and dry up

I jave seen something like this before.

That looks like a popular skin worm infestation.
First try applying red oil on it.
Then try to squeeze it out.
Once the worm falls out, the wound heals fast.

to borrow money from your mum is not the am in igbo eze north local govt and the only transport motor here is peace mass and royal mass transit and i dont know if they do load to owerri direct so i would go and verify

Just make sure you exclude the condition mentioned in the pictures I shared. You need to go and see a dermatologist.

Sugar is a problem.

Why don't you go to a government hospital for daily dressing? The daily dressing will help clean germs and allow the flesh cells to grow and multiply.

If this is infected you risk amputation.


I have had this type of injury when I was a kid, it took months to heal and I was going for dressing daily.

1. Check for compromised immunity (hiv /aids, low white blood cells etc)
2. Make sure you're not on a vegan diet this period. Eat lots of meat. Eat hot food
3. There are different types of infections, not all are bacterial, you'll be wasting your time applying antibiotics to fungal or viral infections.
So ot could be fungal, viral or a protozoa.
4. You'll likely need a culture (they'll cut part of it amd test it) to determine what exactly is causing the infection
5. Don't joke with it, it can become gangrenous and you'll lose your hand, or worse spread and cause sepsis in your blood. Sepsis shock kills
6. Change the clothes you wear that touch that spot. Disinfect them
7. Try compressing with hot water locally
8. Treat internally and externally via your doctor's recommendation
9. Worse case scenario, test for skin cancer, like someone suggested above (squamous cell carcinoma)

I am talking from experience i had a stubborn wound 3 years ago visited chemist for dressing about 5 times went to hospital and doc made me buy #10,000 worth of supplements that i took religious , 3 courses of anti-biotics from chemist did not work either.
