Peter obi is very popular outside of social media, I think coming out as running mate to atiku last election boosted his publicity, he's actually very solid in the south, he's problem would have been the north and southwest.

Majority of Yorubas are still very tribal and would never vote an ibo man.

If Yoruba can be on the side of ibis, Nigeria delta has no issue.

Obi will easily be president of only Yoruba support him.

But even if he doesn't, who loses? Nigeria loses not Obi. Most Nigerians know he would make an excellent president.
And it is grassroots support all over Nigeria.
