When the north used its soldiers to proliferate 19 states and Abuja and hundreds of LGAs in one northern region, but allowed only 17 states and fewer LGAs in two southern regions, that was when north established the political imbalance which favours Fulani-led north to dictate what can happen in Nigeria.

That is not true .The IBO live in every region of Nigeria peacefully more than any other tribe .
Mean while the atmosphere in the East is not conducive for people in every other region compare to what other region offer them .
