I don’t know about any other place but bet me he can’t get a 3 bedroom for that price in a good neighborhood in lugbe.
I paid 700k per annum for a one bedroom apartment in trademore estate lugbe before I moved to life camp where I pay 1.8m for a two bedroom apartment.

you can't get a 3 bedroom flat in any good location in Abuja at the rate of 1m....
Except if you want to go and stay in kubwa, nyanya,karu or jikwoyi which is outskirts of abuja

Oga OP i live in a one bedroom apartment in lokogoma Abuja which i pay 700k every year so If you need a good location here u need to up your game to maybe 2-2.5 million for a 3 bedroom flat

Mister, are there no good houses for that amount in the places i mentioned?? The OP in his thread never said he wanted to stay in asokoro, wuse 2, utako and all that. He just said a good place in Abuja. So read well before you comment

Hmmm... That your 500k-1m will only get you a room and parlour self-contain apartment. In most cases Abuja houses are 2BedRoom and its cost is above 1m.

But if you don't mind places like Kuje, Dutse Alhaji, Bwari et al you can still get 2 bedroom apartment within your proposed budget.

NB: FHA Lugbe, Room and parlour cost nothing less than 600k up. Piece village Lugbe R/P cost nothing less than 700k and in Tundunwada you can buy house (Room and Parlour for 1.5m)

Do not move to Abuja if you don't already have a job offer unless or have a business.

Your budget can get you residence
in the outlying suburbs like Maraba,
Karu, Jikwoyi etc.

You'll be commuting between 20 to 30km
into Abuja on traffic choked highways.

Best ways:

1. Go to abuja...

temporally stay at the bus park for two days. Use 48hours to search for house!

2. Go to Abuja...

lodge in a hotel (very expensive though). Use day time to search for the house.

3. Go online to order through well known real estate brokers. Then go to Abuja, meet them, they take you to your house, you pay.

Looking for agents on a site like Nairaland and not twitter or linkedIn could land you in the hands of fraudsters.
