Kanunta, a brother of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has suggested why Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State lost at the just concluded Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, primary election.

He alleged that the IPOB and those killed during the massacre of Obigbo were responsible for Wike’s loss at the PDP primaries.

In a tweet, Kanunta dismissed claims that Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto betrayed Wike.

According to Kanunta: “Neither the North, nor Tambuwal betrayed #Wike. Nor was it any Southern disunity.

“It was KARMA that nailed him. The Karma of #Obigbo. The #IPOB was also a factor.

During the PDP primaries in Abuja, Tambuwal had stepped down for the eventual winner, Atiku Abubakar.

Atiku emerged as PDP’s candidate after polling the highest number of votes.

Some Nigerians had accused Tambuwal of betraying Wike.

He lost due to his style of politics, which made him an enemy of many powerful people within the party.
Apart from that, he is no match to Atiku on the national level.

Based on the kind of verbal politics thst like plays,it will be difficult for him to preside a country as complex as Nigeria. You don't go about throwing darts at every body and expect to rule over them, Wike is too loud mouthed and such callibre of individuals rarely make good leaders, he could set the country on fire with his mouth. His biggest challenge I guess.

Wike couldn't have won the primaries despite spirited performance ... Nnamdi Kanu's brother should be more concerned about the meagre votes recorded by Pius Ayim and leave Wike out of Kanu's misery

The day wike gave the military and police marching orders to abduct and murder innocent ipob protesters, both men, women and children who gathered together at a field to offer prayers to their chi was the beginning of the end of his life both as a politician and as a father.

Wike can never recover from it. The curse has since taken hold.

The pdp presidential primaries was the final nail in his coffin. Come next year May wike will find it hard to return to rivers state from his hideout in Abuja because obigbo sons and daughters will be hunting for his head tirelessly.
