Is there any solution You said this happened after u flashed ur fone or smashing ? Try reload the fone with fresh os. U can try to do that on ur own or meet engineer to do that for u. If its same, then ur screen is gone . But this flickering only comes to samsung after heavy compressions and possibly smashing |

Increase the backlight to 70/80%.
Activate night mode light.

I'm an avid Samsung user Now let me lecture all of u here When buying Samsung, especially the Galaxy S4 upward plus variant upward and note variant upward U have to be careful Now , Samsung uses amoled screen, this is where the issues come from Amoled still has a lot of issues that Samsung knows about and won't let u ppl know Now,if u are using a Samsung phone,I repeat after first major os upgrade, don't do the second one I'm saying if a Samsung phone comes out with android 4 and u update to 5,becarefull of updating to 6 And after u do the last major os upgrade don't install any security update or anything like that Because a rumor said this upgrades heat up the phone too much it affects the amoled panel Now I don't say it's all Samsung phones that suffer from this,it's my own observation Any Samsung Galaxy phones that are on follow come os without upgrading don't have this issues most of the time even if your phone heats up This green screen flickering issue happened to my s8 and s9,the s9 was after I update like u also did Also,if u are lucky u won't get issues Also most Samsung phones from s20 downward, there is no new one If u go online or some shops,u will see s9 plus new s8 new note 10 It's a big lie From s20, downward there is no new Samsung phones Only packaged refurbished or reused phones And this phones suffer from green screen issues I know one person who bought note 9 'new' and not upto one month the phone had green screen flickering issues
Also some Samsung Galaxy phones are notorious for green screen flickering issues Note 9 Is one of them Before u buy a Samsung phone, know this Also Samsung Galaxy S9 plus is rugged,I've not really seen much complain about it
Also increase your brightness to max,and use screen filter to dim the screen, that's the non cost temporary fix. Oled saver and co don't do shit They just do what I meantioned up there Amoled is the problem If Samsung was tft lcd or IPS display it would be good But Samsung produces their own amoled screen so If u don't want this issues at all,buy phones with those screens I mentioned and have peace of mind. And it's a strategy from Samsung to force u buy their new phones So there ends my lecture Class dismissed Bro u are right 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Oga go and research about phones that used Samsung oled panel From high ability to have screen burn in Discoloration on screen, pink yellow color on screens, like Sony xz3 oled panels And lg phones with p oled panels issues I know what I'm talking about I've been using Samsung phones since s4 I'm telling them what to prepare for as there are too much complains online What pains me is that these complain won't do anything Go to Jiji and see people selling there phone because of screen issues, mainly because of screen issues |

Omo you just Changed my mind from buying the Note 10 So u mean we shouldn't update it? U can buy note 10 But I will beg u to know if it's does that sell 'new' Check if its back is glass, also the model number Samsung write their phone model number which indicates region Make sure the model number of your Samsung phones u want to buy matches the one written on the back of the note 10 It's normally written at the lower back of Samsung phones,it's also in about in settings As some people package rubbish re used Samsung phones as new I know them well well in ikeja and , they normally full schools also, university poly and so on They will sell u refurbished re used phone with new carton and package it and be saying its new Also make sure the note 10 u want to buy fast charge,it will indicate If it's inside has not been tampered with After manor upgrades on Samsung, even after last major os upgrades Don't do all those security upgrades Unless u are in big countries or u are stupid to get virus on your phone.does security update is not really needed I've used chinko phone made in 2014 last year and no issues It's not easy getting virus or you having security issues on your phones Unless u are dumb There is literally no need for doing any security upgrades So buy that note 10,u can do major os upgrades, but I won't recommend security update 1 Like |

Lo . Same shixt happened to my Samsung S9. I was able to temporarily solve it by enabling always on, Increasing the brightness and using oled saver-which uses colour overlay to darken the screen. Here comes the problem, phone heats up cus of full brightness and the problem became worsen. Naso screen take die o I just order a used screen from AliExpress and sold the phone. |

Led screens are dope, but they are too problematic unlike lcd screens. |

Instead of increasing the brightness, rather decrease it to like 20%. It works same way as increasing it, and this method saves your battery. And of course, turn off adaptive brightness 🌞 |
