President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday met with governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead the presidential primaries next week.

The meeting which held at the State House, Abuja had all the APC governors present except Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, who sent his deputy to represent him.

The president charged Governors of the APC to ensure that the forthcoming convention to pick a presidential candidate reflects all the values and virtues of the party.

People shout Peter Obi should understand that in Nigeria, popularity, structure and connections win election.

The popularity of Peter Obi is not beyond Twitter and lagos.

There is no structure for Peter Obi to work with.

No connections. Even his people (leaders) aren't supportive of him.
