After I relocated to another apartment, I lost my car documents, after a while I happened to find the documents except the custom papers.
Please note, I can't find both the original custom papers and the photocopies. Other documents are intact.

You need bill of lading number or customs C-number to retrieve your customs duty payment paper

Why do still need custom papers for old car, do you want to travel out of the country with the car?

When was the car imported? If its not up to 6 years, it can still be traced through the chasis number.
I lost my also but it was traced through chasis number by an agent and it cost me 40k.
Find a clearing agent u can trust and let them trace it for you at an agreed fee and print your custom duty information.
