8 months pregnant it's not easy sha
Let me write my BS now that I’m fine and have the chance because I have not had good sleep for the past 3 weeks.

So I got married and TTC for 2yr. I was the only one TTC’ing cuz DH was fine but supported me all through the way.

1yr 6month was really daunting for me, thankfully, I saw the peoples doctor on IG because she helped figure out I wasn’t ovulating and gave me medication that didn't help, visited hospitals with DH several times, did hormonal profile test countless times,I did hsg, countless tests and triggered with hcg etc plus drugs and the journey began, I remember one test results showing anovulation, I usually cry whenever my period comes very trying times. I had to fast, pray and was very regular on Google searching. I went for several massage, it wasn't easy but it ended in praise.

August 2021, I wasn't feeling too well which was usual, I was expecting my flow, it didn't show, I decided to wait for till evening yet no show, na so I carry test kit........ Its was tears of Joy.

I never had any symptoms of vomiting and some food aversions funny enough, I had threatened abortion in my first trimeste, asides that I was strong enough to work till the last week of April 2022. I put to birth on 10th of May, 2022. I took my prenatals for the for the whole duration of the pregnancy & I stuck to fruits and healthy diet.

So on the 9th of May, we were already in the hospital because it was scheduled to happen the following day. So I proceeded to have my baby via CS at about 8:01am and he came out weighing 3.3kg.

Thank God recovery was smooth and I was discharged 3days later.

Now I look at my baby and I can’t be more grateful to God for everything he has done.

BabyDust on you. You will carry you children in Jesus name AMEN!!!

Pojomojo:
Normal Semen Analysis Results

Count (the number of sperm) – sperm concentration is the number of sperm per milliliter. Average concentration is about 60 million per milliliter. A sperm concentration of over 20 million per milliliter is considered normal.

Motility (the percentage of moving sperm) – Motility is considered normal when at least 50% of observed sperm, show good forward movement. These are the strongest sperm, swimming fast in a straight line (Grade 4). Some of the sperm may be moving slower in a circle or in crooked lines (Grade 3). Other sperm move their tail but have no forward motion (Grade 2) or fail to move at all (Grade 1).

Morphology (the size and shape of the sperm) – Morphology is considered normal if 14% or more of the observed sperm have normal shape.

Volume – greater than 2.0 milliliters is considered normal. A low volume may reflect complete or partial blockage of gland secretions
contributing to the seminal fluid. If the volume is less than 1 milliliter, the semen may not be in close enough proximity to the cervix to allow sufficient sperm to swim up to the uterus and fallopian tube.

White Blood Cells - Finding bacteria or white blood cells in the semen indicate that an infection may be present. A semen culture may identify the organism involved and antibiotics can be prescribed to resolve the problem. A repeat semen analysis usually follows.

PH level - normal pH range is 7.2 – 8.0. Too little or too much acid in the semen is detrimental to the sperm.

Liquefaction – It normally takes less than 20 minutes for semen to change from a thick gel into a liquid. An unusually long liquefaction time may indicate an infection.

Fructose level - Semen is analyzed for fructose when there is no sperm in the ejaculate (azoospermia) or if the semen volume is very low (less than 1 ml). Absence of fructose in the semen may indicate blockage of the seminal vesicles which secrete a significant amount of the fluid of the ejaculate.

Good morning mama. And thanks for the other time.
Pls I need more clearification so as to get better results
My questions are ,
(1) Am I to keep warming the bara every day or,it just the first day when it cook with pap water.
(2) How do I preserve the chai seed, flexseed and the rest after blending at first time of usage?
(3) Should I make new one on each month of my circle?
(4) For how long should I keep using the above? 3 months or 6 months
(5) lastly, should the bara and pap water be done during my circle days or it an everyday thing.

Note: I have started the ginger tea . And I have gotten all other items ,just waiting to start taking them when necessary.

You are welcome ma
After boiling the bara and pap water, you can sieve in a container and put in fridge, but warm it before taking and if u want to warm everyday too, it is okay. You prepare another after a week. Bara can be taken anytime except during ovulation.
The chia seed and the likes can also be preserved in the fridge, but make sure you renew after 3days or you can blend everyday if you want it fresh.
You can go for another scan after 3months to know if it's working or not.
I await your testimony ma!

I have PCOS and even with some ovulation induction drugs I still don't ovulate. I also have hyperprolactinemia which I'm using carbergoline for. I was told I had blocked tubes two years ago, but it seems that has been resolved as the last hsg I did last year confirmed patent tubes. I also had a myomectomy last year.
Hmm I also had high prolactin but used dostinex for it period came and was normalized, I supported ovulation by eating okra or ogbono soup during fertile days as my right ovary was polycystic. As for tubes mine was hydrosalpinx on the left side, treated with antibiotics and a spice tea recipe suggested by a mama here. It worked like magic,I prayed steady at midnight and watched wat I ate during fertile days Also i used folic acid and vit e,vit b complex daily with hubby,I got my testimony on my wedding anniversary month. It wasn't an easy journey cos my hubby had to treat low sperm count and motility but God came thru for us,turned out the major issue was his sperm once we got a good nurse to treat him for infection and boosted his sperm. We got our positive result. Try and work with a good gynaecologist, baby dust to u sis

Let him use addyzoa with vitamin E and proviron/Manix, He may add vitamin C too.
But once he starts the medication, let him stay away from sex for some time, smoking and alcohol if he indulge in that.
Try to work on your eggs too,Add fruits and vegetables to what you take everyday, baby dusts mama.

Good evening to every great mother and amid contributor here

I have been a silent reader here for a year, which I have learnt alot on a quest for TTC in 20 months after wedding.
My wife went through the HSG procedure last week and was given the below reports which a friend translated conclusion to be.
" Bilateral Paritubal Adhesion"

Please anyone with knowledge or past experience should help share a possible solution/treatment before we are both lured into spending more money buying drugs.

Adhesions are one possible cause of blocked fallopian tubes. Endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) can cause adhesions that interfere with your ability to get pregnant.

Asherman’s syndrome, or uterine synechiae, are when adhesions form inside the uterus. It may cause infertility or recurrent miscarriage.3

Adhesions may cause pain, including painful menstrual cramps or pain during sex. Adhesions may cause abnormal menstrual bleeding, very light menstrual periods, or a complete lack of menstrual bleeding. However, it’s also possible to have no obvious symptoms.4

Causes
Adhesions can occur when the body’s natural healing process goes a little awry. Usually, the surfaces of the uterus, abdominal cavity, and fallopian tubes are slippery. This enables organs to move around each other easily.

However, when there is injury – from an infection, previous surgery, or an endometrial deposit – the surface can become “sticky.” This can cause organs getting stuck together.

Scar tissue may form and hold the organs in an abnormal position. Scar tissue may also create web-like attachments between organs.

These adhesions can be thick and strong. Your organs may unnaturally pull on each other. This can cause pain, especially during sexual intercourse or during menstruation.

In the case of Asherman’s syndrome, adhesions occur within the uterus. The adhesions may be few, or, in severe cases, they can cause the uterine walls to stick together almost completely.

Intrauterine adhesions prevent a healthy endometrium from being formed. This may prevent healthy implantation of an embryo. Or, if implantation of an embryo does occur, the risk of miscarriage may be higher.4

In the case of pelvic inflammatory disease, or any other infection of the reproductive tract, the fallopian tubes can become inflamed. The inflamed surfaces can develop scar tissue or adhesions within the tubes.

These adhesions prevent egg and sperm from coming together.5 Adhesions caused by endometriosis usually occur in the pelvic cavity. They may be present near the fallopian tubes or ovaries. Endometrial adhesions may interfere with ovulation.6

Sometimes, endometrial adhesions prevent the fallopian tube from moving naturally. The ovary is not attached directly to the fallopian tubes. During ovulation, when an egg is released from the ovary, it must find its way into the fallopian tube.

If adhesions interfere with the fallopian tubes natural movement, an egg may not make it into the fallopian tube.7 This decreases fertility.

Peritubal adhesions are usually formed as a result of inflam- mation from pelvic inflammatory disease or surgery.Peritubal adhesions" means that there is scar tissue outside but near the fallopian tube.

I bought vitabiotics vit e capsule and just normal Dr Meyers folic acid and b complex. Changed his diet he was also told to abstain from sex till am ovulating, energy drinks and so on was frowned upon by me cos he was so used to taking those stuffs. The month we used those drugs together after seriously treating infection which i didn't even have on my lab result but the nurse suggested we still treat even if its only hubby that has scanty gwowth,I was pregnant that same month.
