nobody stop tinubu from contesting, buhari was only seeking the help of the governors, if the governors agree with buhari tinubu can go to hell. He will contest but the result is already known, just the way ambode result was known before the primaries.

That means you don't understand what is going on , buhari wanted a consensus just like it was done in the primary, he will pick one person and other candidates will step down.

Mind you tinubu is not against him picking a candidate but let there be free and fair primary.

Same way it will not be like the APC primaries. Luckily PMB will strongly appeal to his strong supporters in the north to vote for his successor. Tinubu's APC has lot more work to do in the south south and the south east to get a good grasp of the percentage of votes to come out clean in the general elections.
Though we await their respective choice of running mates.
