Op, I'm very sorry about this. However, it is so simple you can report him to the nearest police station or your bank and have his bank account freezed that way his bank will get him for you..

Report to the police and also speak to a lawyer to file an expert court order. With a court order, the bank will release the information of your scammer to the police to help track him and recover your money. Every account link to your scammer BVN will be frozen. He will not be able to operate any of his bank account.
