Let me write my BS now that I’m fine and have the chance because I have not had good sleep for the past 3 weeks.

So I got married and TTC for 2yr. I was the only one TTC’ing cuz DH was fine but supported me all through the way.

1yr 6month was really daunting for me, thankfully, I saw the peoples doctor on IG because she helped figure out I wasn’t ovulating and gave me medication that didn't help, visited hospitals with DH several times, did hormonal profile test countless times,I did hsg,countless tests and triggered with hcg etc plus drugs and the journey began, I remember one test results showing anovulation, I usually cry whenever my period comes very trying times. I had to fast, pray and was very regular on Google searching. I went for several massage, it wasn't easy but it ended in praise.

August 2021, I wasn't feeling too well which was usual, I was expecting my flow, it didn't show, I decided to wait for till evening yet no show, na so I carry test kit........ Its was tears of Joy.

I never had any symptoms of vomiting and some food aversions funny enough, I had threatened abortion in my first trimeste, asides that I was strong enough to work till the last week of April 2022. I put to birth on 10th of May, 2022. I took my prenatals for the for the whole duration of the pregnancy & I stuck to fruits and healthy diet.

So on the 9th of May, we were already in the hospital because it was scheduled to happen the following day. So I proceeded to have my baby via CS at about 8:01am and he came out weighing 3.3kg.

Thank God recovery was smooth and I was discharged 3days later.

Now I look at my baby and I can’t be more grateful to God for everything he has done.

For about 2 years now I have been having heavy periods with frequent pelvic pain. So I went for scan and it turns out that I have large fibroids and bulky uterus.

my own is sad because instead of adding weight I don thin finish, I can’t go out again i don’t even look like myself anymore .I have been to so many hospitals in this Lagos and the price I'm hearing is in millions. I don google tire and still can’t find a good and affordable hospital I am seeing different types of surgery sef, like minimally invasive myomectomy, fibroid embolization and HIFU.
The doctor I saw last week said My Bp isvery high and my matter don reach emergency and I need surgery ASAP but I don’t trust the hospital because my friend did hers there since December and she has still not fully healed and they butchered her , her scar is terrible.
I have heard of people who did theirs and went home next day, Please I need help on affordable and experienced surgeons or hospitals

If u are looking for an affordable and experience surgeons pls head to general hospital, the earlier u go the better, overlook their staffs rudeness and concentrate on getting positive result,, i don’t know tge part of Lagos u reside if not island u can go to gbagada or any less crowded area, be friendly with the nurses and drop tips just to mk ur journey easy

go and register in a general hospital, they won’t give you the minimal invasive surgery, it will be an open surgery, if you are on the mainland try isolo general hospital, above all pray that they give you near date.

You can go to General Hospital Amuwo Odofin (Child and maternal care).
They are good there.

If you stay within Lagos Axis. I will advise you make use of general hospital. I did mine at ifako general hospital. I also referred someone there last year, which was also successful. So I can trust them . Also have it in mind that on each appointment day, is a full day thing. Their GYN day is Monday . You are free to ask any questions as regards that.

Hmm I also had high prolactin but used dostinex for it period came and was normalized, I supported ovulation by eating okra or ogbono soup during fertile days as my right ovary was polycystic. As for tubes mine was hydrosalpinx on the left side,treated with antibiotics and a spice tea recipe suggested by a mama here. It worked like magic,I prayed steady at midnight and watched wat I ate during fertile days Also i used folic acid and vit e,vit b complex daily with hubby,I got my testimony on my wedding anniversary month. It's been a year plus since I got married. However, started trying for a baby by March but developed pelvic pain during sex for which I went for scan and was told I have pid and uti. It was treated and I was advised by my doctor to run hormonal assay and HSG test. The result showed that my prolactin is high and that my follapian wasn't outlined and that I have intrauterine adhesion. I cried so hard yesterday and the consoled me by recommending me for laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.
Please I really don't want any form of surgery. Is there any herbal treatment for this issue?
