Why opt for 1tb sad and 1tb regular HDD ? Why not just go for 1tb SSD and be using an external that will help you reduce price because truth be told the extra HDD will add to the cost.

That price is decent but u should still price it cos some equivalent with same specs like Lenovo might be cheaper but sha, do your research and don't ever buy online....

Well the price is too high 350 max secondly ask them what the former owner used it for. If it was for bit coin mining run don't buy it, that board would be half dead by now. They may not be hines tto tell you so find a way to whine them and find out.
