Isn't there any other option?
I'm trying to go in with a b2 once in then I'll see what options I have

The options through filing is to be patient and wait till your Date becomes current.
If I get you correctly, you want to get a B2 visa and travel then see how the filing things goes?
The filing takes a bit of time to even get approved. A B1B2 can't keep you there legally if you want to wait out the process while In the US.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
So first my sponsor is an elite citizen I'm just hoping they can start the process from there and maybe speed it up or something like that because I'm seeing 12yrs 9yrs 8yrs what if person start process con die b4 e reach e turn

Elite citizen?? Don't know what that is. To qualify for an immigrant visa one has got to be filled for by: parents, siblings, husband/wife, fiancé/fiancée and children above 21yrs can file for their parents. That's the much I know about who can initiate the filling process.
"Speed up" you say? ...that phrase isn't used in anything concerning immigrant visa presently (lol). First thing first.. get the person to start the process for you today. As for the death part; nobody is promised a tomorrow, do what you can now that you are here today.

If you are less than 21 it quite easy it takes less than a yr or 2 i think. If you are over 21yrs old then the processing takes a very very long time 12-15yrs

You are right bout not asking of age. @sonicroyel didn't say if his parents are the ones filing for him. He said they are "elite citizens" and I'm not clear of the relationship. Hopefully it's one that won't make him wait for so long.
