Great Nation by Timi Dakolo is a song that will be eventually adopted as official national song for Nigerians after the National Anthem. It has life of its own and Timi Dakolo will live through this song long after he is gone.

If a person BUYS Timi Dakolo's album and play his song in open party, does he need permission from Timi Dakolo?

If APC as entity BUYS Timi Dakolo's album and play his song in its convention, is permission needed from Timi Dakolo?
