it is 3 persons from the 774 local government in Nigeria that will vote in this APC primaries...delegates are voters that will actively vote in a party's primary election.. there are delegates for house of assembly, reps, senate, governorship and presidential primaries.

How are they chosen?

PDP never had upto this numbers of delegates, right?

Yes 3 delegates per local government including the FCT. We have 772 local government.
In essence we have a total of 2,322 delegates across the nation
