Nothing serious, it will disappear after puberty stage .

You have oily face, avoid fried foods if possible
2. Wash your face with soap n water only from time to time, especially before going to bed at night.

Though you may be tempted to squeeze or otherwise get rid of a sebaceous filament, it's best to leave them alone.

Squeezing or picking at sebaceous filaments risks scarring and spreading any bacteria that may be in or around the pore to other parts of your face, causing a breakout.

Try to exfoliate your face with Neutrogena hydro boost. It helped me.

Also try any oil free facial wash that contains salicylic acid as active ingredient.
