Thats not an index of development. You dont save money when you are lacking infrastructure. I give ot to nstates that borrow and use it for infrastructure development

These states mentioned don’t bring anything to the coffers of the FG. Yet they are being paid monthly allocation!

If you ask me, these states are not suppose to be indebted in the first place!
