On INEC site, you can move your polling unit to the one close to where you live... I'm currently in the process of doing so

By the time the tsunami of votes hit them, they will know they are just DOT in the circle with no bearing. You can register anywhere and chose where you want to vote while registering. That you registered at INEC office does not make the inec office a polling booth. Ask questions when you don't understand something. Thanks
