There is actually lot of confusion regarding this issue of COMPRO of a thing. But I feel, one should be able choose/differentiate between right and wrong.

Some Commands said, new officers are eligible while some said, not. #smile

Deep down, you yourself know you've not spent a Year and half in service, as stated on the earlier circular from SHQ.

Have you spent UpTo a Year and half in service? Answer yourself.
It's not bad shooting a trial though. #3K isn't too much from 41K+/51K+

Anyone may shoot a trial though. Use your discretion!

I think some state comptroller used their discretion even a state like osun mandated it that all newly recruited must register, katsina and some other states registered too so I'm just confused

Well I am not sure of anything right now, it’s left for HRM directorate to decide.

It’s really frustrating and painful. And the sad part is if nothing happens before July. Not sure they will have our time again cause election will set in and they will probably channel their energy to that aspect.
