What is the size of this land please? And did you meet all setback requirements?

This land measures 60 ft x 100 ft (557 sqm) we met the setback requirements.

I thought the land would be way bigger given its just one story and 3 flats on each level as against the 6 flats with two storeys in asaba you are doing.

In your professional opinion all things being equal which do u think cost more. 6 nos 2 bed flats on one storey building with three on each level or same 6 flats but on two storeys with two flats on each floor?

I think building a one storey building with 3 flats of each level will be more costly than a two storey building with 2 flats on each level.

Personal experience, I have had a building design changed from 2 flats on a floor to 3 flats on a floor and tracked the change in cost.
