more grace bro...... between I know Enugu very well, incase you need carpenters,fitters and plumber you can contact me, my boys doesn't have much jobs for now.....
these guys are so good at their job, I'm a builder also, they handle my building projects.

Oga mi, what's the size of the plot of land for this build?

About 557 sqm.

The land, after the grasses were cut...........

Due to the nature of this land, we plan to level the land before starting the construction of the building, we plan to bring in a payloader to this site soon to start the levelling process of this land. We intend to remove the soil at the back till about 1.8 metres and balance the land, then start the excavation works for the house.

We brought levelling instruments to this site to help us determine the extent of earth works we need to do on this land so we can get it ready for building construction.

To provide for water for us to build this house, we have to start digging a water well.

No Sir, borehole is better but we are not sure of getting enough water from a borehole in Enugu city. The water table here is very low.

And we caught the occasional bush meat in this site,

. Borehole in enugu sir is a huge luxury as water is difficult to get by hole drilling sir. I have a bungalow for sale in ado ekiti, ekiti sir no agent but direct seller , you can request for pics via my email sir.

As we are assembling all materials needed for this project, we have hired an excavator to work on this site as from tomorrow..........
