The only advantage in picking Wike is that he would bring out money to jointly fund the campaign. Other than that, nothing. U feel SE won’t feel bad that they didn’t pick them? Or u feel SE won’t rather go with Peter Obi?

Stop wasting your time, garullous Wike cannot sell beyond Obio-Akpor LGA in Rivers state. The East will rather vote LP if Wike is made VP candidate

Atiku and the East already has a 11.3 million votes. He should look for a SE VP to consolidate on that, now the East also have an option of Peter Obi's LP.. if he allows opposition to deceive him to pick Wike, he will jeopardize his vote. Wike was the APC's darling during the PDP primaries because they know he is not well liked in the East and he will be easy to campaign against in the north after he demolished mosques in Rivers state.

Wike is a huge turn off and will make Atiku haemorhage a lot of votes in SE and SS. Tell Wike that money does not answer all things, all the time.

Omo-Ikirodah, we all know you are pro-Apc from your past post.. grin

Igbos across Nigeria can give 25% in 24 states if push comes to shove but the best thing for Obi is not returning to the corrupt PDP.

He is not desperate to be president, he is a billionaire so will never suffer no matter how Nigeria falls

The worst thing to happen to Obi's political career was leaving PDP. Now he is in a fix, he cant win with Labour because no matter how many voyes he manages to get from Ibos and youths, he will never get constitutional requirement of 25 percent of the votes in 24 states and unfortunately he has gained so much momentum and followership that he cant back down.

This analysis is rubbish. Niger Delta is not a homogeneous region. Wike as ballot paper VP cannot win Delta nor Akwa Ibom for PDP.


Again lgbos will never vote PDP once Wike is on ballot.

So after ranting that others are contesting to be VP, he's now hustling for that same VP he used to downgrade others.

It seems this Wike mouth is tap, he can't control it, probably each time he spew rubbish, he forgets it immediately.

It baffles me that Wike could be begging for a position he once described as "errand house-boy"

No more shame. I recall he called VP position as house boy sent for condolence and errands and he vowed never to be one in his life. The same position he's lobbying for now.

You get it.

You know Atiku doesn't have money like before. We read he's been selling properties abroad even since the last 2019 election to fund his campaign. We read how his ex wife sold one of his properties abroad. He doesn't have much again.

He would need Wike / Rivers money moreso with the emergence of Tinubu, Baba Olowo, as APC flag bearer.

The PDP wouldn't take back someone who bailed at the last minute to be the VP candidate. And if Obi/LP ends up on the ballot, what's the point of picking someone from the SE?

The SS is more relevant to the PDP now than the SE, APC has Infiltrated Edo, Bayelsa, Delta and Cross-River. If caution is thrown to the wind, PDP would exist NO MORE!

Have u recently worshipped in any church in SS, Obi is now the new gospel being preach in churches in SS, Catholic, Presbyterian, Methodist, Anglican, Pentecostal etc.
Market women in Calabar now sings Obi kererenke to use in attracting customers to buy their goods. Obi is rapidly taking over SS, he's a real threat to Atiku and Tinubu than the jocker kwankwaso.
Wike has too much enemies than friends in SS both in PDP and APC so he's going to be a wrong choice for Atiku.

Wike might not be submissive as a VP ought to be. He might not be so answerable to Atiku. I won't be wrong to say he might give Atiku same issue Atiku gave Obasanjo.

Inasmuch it is tempting to vote for Peter Obi, but the truth is that Obi is unlikely to win and a vote for Peter Obi is a vote forTinubu. That's just how complicated going into this election will be.

The truth and the fact about this 2023 election is that Nigerians are tired of APC, and all these am hearing here and there about wike and atiku is really a combine force
Tinubu is fresh in this presidential race so Atiku has 70% chances of winning this upcoming election

Candidate Atiku should go for Mr Wike as his VP.

The battle against Tinubu or possibly Amaechi is going to be tough and lengthy.

The Delta State governor vying for the post of VP as a retirement or stepping stone to a future presidency is too quiet for the noisy turbulence ahead of the campaign.

Wike is troublesome and tested. He is sure of his ways and could be tricky with lots of understanding too.

If Atiku goes for a shadowy character and someone like Osinbajo he will surely not attain the presidency because people of the south expecting a PDP victory may not be fully brought on.

Wike is vibrant and better known in Nigeria today than the other person.

You were not going to vote for Obi anyway. So nothing is lost.

There is nothing like a wasted vote. Buhari contested election for 4 times before he won. All his previous "wasted votes" was the only thing that kept him pushing till he eventually won against a sitting president.
