1. U will need a laptop
2.Good electricity power supply
3. Visual Studio 2019 and u need to download Xamarin form xtention Incase u got the visual studio online.
5. Do a very good configuration of the Visual Studio with android and iOS emulator and other xtentions
4. A very good knowledge of c#

There are other ways to become app developer u can as well get android studio, if u have the knowledge of java and so on.
