I paid for it 1.4m, gave the ford mechanic 8k to service it (Nozzle and oil change), and also bought gear oil and engine oil. Then I gave it a small body wash.

In all, I spent about 1,430,000. Now vehicle speeds like mad, and is a Rear wheel drive.

So all I need to do is panel beater work. I'm budgeting like 200k for it.

So all in all, this vehicle at 1,630,000 is an excellent buy.

*Find out how much to brand a bus

*You will need to pay Lagos state for branding your vehicle for advertising

*You can be moving heavy weight items from one place to another (within Lagos for a start)

*install a tracker to track your driver and the valuables he will be moving

*Run advertisement online then as your bus is moving around Lagos, it’s advertising itself already. All the big markets in Lagos will need your service and also you will be forced to get more buses and your business will be open for partnership as well.

From there you will expand to other state just like GIG LOGISTICS
