In 2015 when APC was formed to sweep away PDP, the crowd was so much that INEC was overwhelmed, that was why incidence forrms were allowed for those who couldn't get their PVCs. Unfortunately, no more incidence form which means, No pvc, no voting.

INEC will never stop anyone from registration. But INEC has a limited time frame for printing the cards. Most late registration will receive their cards by next year.

English is hard on you. PVCs have always been ready & people have been collecting. Earlier registrations will first be processed before late registration. I'm done with you.
