Omo, I've watched the guy different videos and clips and it's spectacular from my ends.

From the clip, if our Midfield is a trio of Partey, Odegaard and him eh, e go gell well. Seems like an upgrade on Xhaka to me

Lol, I don lower my expectations on this when expecting any player to come to us.

My expectation is that let the player have very good basics pertaining their position which can influence games. Dem cazorla and modric specs don dey enter extinction sadly embarassed

Hopefully, this guy turns out to be another low-key great signing. Exactly what the doctor ordered grin

Ok. Let's look at the candidates constructively.

Forget about who will win, I like to know your expert opinion on who is the best among the three that would lead the country to progress irrespective of whether he will win or not.

the guy looks legit. From his clips he looks like a good visionary passer and dribbler. Plus he can score from range. Another thing is that he's double footed.

Looks like a very very good signing

You guys think the Kroenke's are joking.

Lol... He's a leftie but he isn't one footed like Xhaka or Tierney that if you hold their left leg, they'll be subdued. He's double footed like Tomi that can pass or dribble out with both foot.

I'm not using YouTube to judge a player tho, I just use YouTube to see the kinda player I'm expecting

While I will not want us to politicize this beautiful thread. let me quickly respond to this for the benefits of the neutrals here... Just in case I might persuade 1 or 2 person to take another careful look at the candidates.

I can tell you without any shadow of doubt that Nigeria will be far much more better under Obi. I followed the guy when he was governor of Anambra, the guy cut down Anambra recurrent expenditure by blocking wastage and he invested heavily on behalf of Anambra future. Obi started by cutting down the fleet of cars in his entourage and refused to buy new cars every year, cut down the millions budgeted for food and drinks in state house...he even supervised how fuels were being bought for his convoys (I mean like seriously being in the vehicle at the filling station most times when the purchases were made), never fly 1st class or business class as a Governor and saw no need maintaining another statehouse/office in Abuja like all other governors are doing.

Nigeria needs a "stingy" man like Obi at this time, someone who can block all the wastage in government and channel our resources properly and invest for the future Nigerians...Not someone who will leave debts and liabilities for the future Nigerians. Obi wants to make an impact but Tinubu and Atiku are mostly running for personal glory. I had wished APC will field Osinbajo.

Tinubu and Atiku might surround themselves also with good brains but their greed and the greed of many around them will not let Nigeria progress.

Sadly though, The biggest and most desperate thief might likely win... But my heart prays for and desire Obi.

BTW, for those who might think I wrote this because I am Igbo by looking at my moniker. I am a full blooded Yoruba man... Many people call me Oba but I have the nickname Igwe from my Igbo friends and business partners.

This is a very reasonable and objective view. You did well by balancing things with little or no bias; its been long I read something as objective as this on Nigerian political scene.

Tinubu and Atiku will definitely not make this country better, only their cronies, family, friends and political associates will benefit from their ascendancy to the highest seat of power. If u ask most of the people always disgracing their families defending Tinubu on politics section what they benefited from Tinubu's 8 years as governor in Lagos state, they probably can't point out to anyone without scratching their head.

I never followed Peter Obi when he was governor and do not know much about his stewardship other than what his supporters have been posting online, but I think if he's half of what his supporters claim he is, then maybe he is the guy we need to at least make an effort (Even though personally I do not believe in Nigeria ever working ) My problem with Peter Obi however is that online support most times do not tell the actual story in Nigerian political scene.

I'm concerned the bulk majority of voters who are not online do not really know who Obi is, what he has to offer and what makes him different from the men of the broom and umbrella parties. I'm yet to see his campaign team reaching out to people in States like Kano(Kano state has 44 Local governments!), Katsina (Katsina has about 34 local governments), these are large voting blocs. Most people residing in those states do not operate a twitter account, the few who do are sons and daugthers of elites who come together to form Arewa twitter .If Peter Obi can at least show his commitment to getting votes of people in these large voting blocs, go to states like Oyo, Niger ,etc and canvass for their votes; I will not mind throwing my votes his way.

That mean scammaca is off
Jesus will be the priority now then tielemans and we loan out tavarez for hickey
I believe the hickey deal will be the last then after that lonkonga should also go on loan
Xhaka might go if torreira is staying

Even if Torreira stays and we sign 5 new Midfielders, Xhaka is going nowhere till you hear directly from Arteta, know this and know peace.
