1.ikot-abasi
2.Nsit atai
3. Mbo
4.Oron (some of this village charges 2k per month for house rent with extra 500-1000 for nepa bill)

But u c place like
1.Eket
2.i.k
3.uyo

Guy budget like 100k plus because house cost deir even single rooms
