This shouldn't be too difficult to achieve.

Just create form and store the submitted contents in your DB (you can use tinyMCE for rich text)

On the frontpage fetch the content from the DB and display.

NOTE: Please make sure you sanitize all user submitted content before displaying


But why don't you just use CMS like WordPress. It will save you a lot of stress

You'd need an admin dashboard with some forms that use a text editor such as (DraftJS, assuming you are using JavaScript) and save your post in a database. You can then parse or transform the content as you wish and render anywhere in your app.

Like someone above suggested, you can use a content management system instead if you want a ready-made solution.

A good example will be Strapi or WordPress
