Anyone who believes Reno's apology is sarcastic is a dumb fool. There's nothing sarcastic about his comment.

I knew he will do this...jagaban is a movement, just check his precedence, check who is mentors were , and check what they have managed to achieve in Lagos, Tinubu, was the man who put the mega city plan together. Even when OBJ withheld funds for Lagos, Jagaban got to work, and today, Lagos is the richest state in Nigeria... where everyone comes to hide, make money and enjoy life.
