They've been really vocal about their support. Is Edo really the most Obified state?

No one would have believed that the day would come when people would mobilize for a Nigerian politician organically all across the country because they see him with the eyes of hope, not out of desperation. We are witnessing millions doing this for the quest for Peter Obi presidency. What has struck me is the way Edo seems to be the most vocal supporters for Obi. I've been wondering since today if Edo is actually the most Obified state.

Just my observation. Some states are ahead of others in the sensitization drive for the movement. APC and PDP are bribing news media to project lies that Obi has no structure but we know better. It's the same media calling fulani ethnic cleansing Farmer-herder clashes.

Honestly, I'm thinking so. Edo people, Taraba are at the forefront now. Time and months will tell. Of recent, quite an enlightened cross section of south westerners are becoming quite vocal of Obi's candidacy. You see a lot of them in yourubas dominated social media rooting for Obi. Surprisly you see also Yoruba Muslim among them. Things could turn around heavily good for Obi. Time will tell

I'm a bit skeptical about the bolded. I saw many educated Yoruba root for Buhari, so I seriously doubt they are serious about genuine working Nigeria.

You know what? I just checked the 2015 and 2019 general elections and was surprised by what I saw. Both Edo and Taraba voted for the better candidate on both occasions, just like SE and SS. That means that these two states have a lot of logical people and not swayed by herd mentality. I'm really impressed and positive that Obi will win both states.

On the flip side, it could mean that Obi has more work to do to bring aboard those states that traditionally vote the worse presidential candidates.

I love what they're doing in Edo. I've seen some activities in my own state though not as radical as what I perceive in Edo sha
