Experiencing sudden drop in performance that involves the use of my gpu, e.g gaming (unbelievable drop in fram rates). Normal cpu activities run perfectly.

Done a full system service scan with the alienware services tool and all seems to be working great except my battery that needs replacement. Also updated my drivers and nvidia software.

I need an alienware specialist to have a look.

Is it heating up?
Might be thermal throttling
When was the last time you clean and repast the internals?
You should also update to the latest drivers

It doesn't heat up... I updated my drivers... I dont know if its a bios thing. But all of these started when i reinstalled windows os on my larger ssd.

I dont know how that could affect it.

Check to make sure your installed games are running off of your Nvidia GPU and not your Intel GPU. It happens sometimes
