With all that money, is it that he can't find credible surgeons here in Nigeria to carry out the operation? Unless the child lives in the UK and could not travel, I fail to see the logic here. Even if he did not believe in Nigerian doctors surely he can afford to get to the top of the donor list by donating large sums to some hospitals in the UK. Plenty options dey than to expose himself to human/organ trafficking. Love is a crazy thing, it blinds one to logic and exposes one's ignorance.
