Why on earth will you parboil an instant noodles ? Tell me.
Just so you know, instant noodles are made from wheat flour just like pasta, macaroni and spaghetti. The major difference is just that instant noodles are produced by passing the flour through RBD (Refined, bleeched and deodorized) Palm oil.
So parboiling noodles is like deliberately watching away the vitamins.
Ignorance and over sabi no go kill us.

You obviously don't know what you saying.
The reason for parboiled noodles is because most of these noodles contain lye water, which is toxic (alkaline water). It must be thoroughly rinsed away with plenty of water in order for the alkaline flavor to be completely eliminated from the noodles.
