Just because certain judgements don't align with your sentiments does not mean that they cheated.

Many of you condemn the Imo judgement, and praise the Bayelsa judgement. You further forget that it does not take 1 man to decide a Supreme Court case. So insinuating that all our Supreme Court judges lack integrity because you don't like Tanko speaks volumes about your person.

Tanko does not have the powers to throw out any petition in his capacity as CJN. The petition was collectively thrown out by Tanko, Bode Rhodes-Vivour, Kayode Ariwoola (the new CJN), Amiru Sanusi, John Okoro, Ejembi Eko and Uwani Abba-Ajji. It was unanimous.
