Power scaling has sub tiers. There's small planetary, planetary, planetary+, same for solar system and the rest. Check again.

Destroying a universe puts you at universal not Multiversal.

Ultron evaluating universes doesn't make him Multiversal even the watcher was evaluating universes.

Emperor Ultron cannot scale over him when the IG is Universal in power and Supreme Strange has universal feats,if EU was Multiversal why was Supreme Strange giving him tough time

If a character is Multiversal in any way or form,they will scale greatly above most characters,if EU was Multiversal,he would have destroyed the guardians like amateurs.

Also, don't forget that Ultron:
A) was evaluating universes before he destroyed them.
B) was personally doing the destruction himself.
Scarlet Witch just has to spam universal creatures across multiple universes, so she's not really the same as emperor Ultron.

If Supreme Strange is universal, then isn't Emperor Ultron multiversal on the basis of scaling higher than him?
Also, a character can have multiversal AP while lacking multiversal durability.

Wanda backed it up with actions. The beginning of Strange was a universe being destroyed by a creature she summoned. If she summons similar creatures across multiple universes, that's a multiversal situation right there.

That Universe where that creature first pursued Chavez and the Strange who later turned zombie after he was killed. Where they wanted to recover the Darkhold in their universe. Unless, that place was some sort of astral plane, then it seems destroyed in some sort.

I completely agree with you. Most people here are ignorant of spirit being. Some people think occultism and witchcraft is not real I pity them. Some kids here are ignorant of the fact people travel into different realm during their sleep using occultic and satanic signs and belief, necromancers they are real they speak to the dead communicating with spirit of darkness they will tell you how and show how you will achieve your dream in request for one thing that is your gateway to kingdom of God. Most people don't know these things you call technology and inventions is not ordinary eye but because they are blind spiritually I was once like that too. Doctor strange movie is plainly satanic and evil. I can't believe Benedict cumberbatch could go that extreme. If you have seen the exorcist you will know that this doctor strange movie is satanic but I no even fear anything for the film.

If by any means Emperor Ultron or Wanda became a threat to the Multiverse,they would be dealing with cosmic level beings like the Abstracts, Celestials,LT,Galactus etc not fodders like Dr Strange or Thor.
