Tell us his antecedent that makes him more qualified than Tinubu or kwakwaso?

I even thought he's an economist I never knew he studied Philosophy. Course meant for those who had F9 in Maths in the 80s. No wonder he kept giving wrong comparative analysis of countries like China Singapore Malaysia Indonesia etc. Many have said he would be a good Minister of Finance but I beg to disagree bcoz Finance is far different from Philosophy.
